All winnings generated on an underage account are void and will not be paid out.
3.2 Registration Information. When registering for an nb999 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. nb999 is not liable for any issues arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) nb999 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, nb999 will close all but one account at nb999's discretion, and may void all bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are used to abuse promotions, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). nb999 is required by its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. nb999 may request identity documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Withdrawals will not be processed from accounts that have not completed KYC verification. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nb999 account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nb999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4.1 Account Ownership. An nb999 account is personal to the registered User. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any such transfer will render the account immediately void.
4.2 Account Closure by User. You may request to close your nb999 account at any time by contacting nb999 customer support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the payment method of record following completion of KYC verification.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. nb999 will notify a User by email before applying a dormancy policy. An inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the applicable notice period has elapsed. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. A User may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
4.4 Account Suspension. nb999 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time pending investigation into potential breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other regulatory concerns. During a suspension, the User may not place bets, make withdrawals, or access game history. nb999 will endeavour to resolve investigations in a timely manner.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nb999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, MCB, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20). Accepted methods are subject to change and are displayed on the nb999 Cashier page.
5.2 Currency. All Account balances are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. High-volume deposit requests may require additional identity verification.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes, subject to KYC verification being complete. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size, and time limit are stated on the individual promotion page. Bets placed on games that are not eligible for wagering requirement fulfilment will not count towards the requirement.
6.3 Bonus Acceptance. By opting into a bonus or allowing a bonus to be credited to your account, you agree to the applicable bonus terms. If you do not wish to accept a bonus, you should contact nb999 support to have the bonus removed before placing any bets. Once bets have been placed following a bonus credit, the bonus terms become binding.

7.3 Cancelled Events. 7.4 Obvious Errors. nb999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in clear and obvious error. An obvious error includes, without limitation, the publication of decimal odds of less than 1.01 on any outcome, and the publication of odds for incorrect teams, players, or events. nb999 will endeavour to correct pricing errors as soon as they are identified.
7.5 Maximum Payout. nb999 reserves the right to apply a maximum single transaction payout cap per User per day. The applicable maximum payout limit is displayed in the relevant game's rules or in the cashier section. This limit does not affect progressive jackpot payouts, which are governed by the individual jackpot game's terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nb999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

12.5 Nothing in these Terms limits nb999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by nb999's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 Termination by User. You may close your nb999 account at any time, for any reason, by contacting nb999 customer support. Subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any ongoing investigation, your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
13.2 Termination by nb999. nb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account immediately and without prior notice upon: (a) any material breach of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct; (c) receipt of a chargeback from a User's payment provider; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame; or (e) any other reason that nb999, acting in good faith, considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other Users.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, nb999 reserves the right to void all pending and completed bets made during the period of the breach, and to retain any associated winnings. Real-money balance not derived from a breach of these Terms will be returned to the User following completion of KYC verification and any required investigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nb999's international gaming license jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a User and nb999 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the nb999 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through nb999's customer support process in the first instance.
